1. DEATH: Death punishment is awarded for murder in rarest of the rare cases. It may be awarded as a punishment for the following offences:
a) Waging war against the Govt.of India (Sec.121)
b) Abetting mutiny actually committed (Sec.132)
c) Giving or fabricating false evidence upon which an innocent person suffers death (Sec.194)
d) Murder (Sec.302)

d] Accident due 2 negligence(304A)
3.SECTIONS OF RAPE":
a) Intentional rape sans her acceptance (Sec.376)
b) Minor
c) Unconcious
4. RAPE & MURDER:
a) Rape by : Doctor, Jail Supdt., Management of Educational institutions, Police Officer (Sec.376)
Punishment: 10 years imprisonment.
b) Gang rape (Sec.376): Punishment: 10 years imprisonment
c) Rape by Divorced Husband: 2 years punishment
d) Cruel rape: (Severely harrashed) Section: 302
e) Pregnent Woman rape: Section: 376
4. INJURY:(Section: 44).
The word" injury" denotes any harm whatever illegally caused to any person, in body, mind, reputation or property.
Punishment: Imposement of Fine
5. Adulteration of Drugs: (Section: 274),Punishment: 6 months imprisonment or Rs.1000/- fine.
6. Corruption by Public servant: (Section: 162): punishment: 3 years imprisonment or Fine or with both.
7. Distrubing Religious assembly: Section: 296 : punishment: one year imprisonment or with fine or with both.
